New Delhi: Apparel brand Levi Strauss has named Harmit Singh as its chief financial and growth officer, the company announced Thursday.
Singh who joined Levi Strauss & Co in 2013 has been working as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the last 10 years. In his expanded role, he will take ownership of corporate strategy as well as global retail real estate, in addition to his current duties.
“In this expanded role, Harmit will assume additional responsibilities for Strategy and Retail Real Estate. I’m certain with the expansion of his role, he will continue to be a key partner for me and President Michelle Gass in steering the company to our long-term goals,” said Chip Bergh, CEO, Levi Strauss & Co.
Harmit is a seasoned financial executive with almost 30 years of experience in driving growth for global consumer brands.
