New Delhi: Fashion retailer Forever New is focusing on enhancing its omnichannel capabilities by integrating its stores and warehouses on a common platform. The brand has partnered with an e-commerce enablement SaaS platform, Unicommerce for the same.
By building its omnichannel capabilities through Unicommerce solutions, Forever New aims to improve its consumer shopping experience by connecting all online and offline sales channels on a single platform.
“We have made Omnichannel capabilities a top priority in order to provide excellent customer satisfaction,” said Dhruv Bogra, country head, Forever New.
The integration will help the retailer to offer ship-from-store service to its customers, giving opportunities to switch orders between warehouse and stores and expose more inventory and assortment leading to faster service. Additionally, the company aims to optimize its operational processes and increase upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
